Here is the scheduled itinerary of our trip. You can find updates and changes here as we finalize the details.

Day 1: UBUD ARRIVAL :

  • ✅On arrival at Denpasar airport, complete your immigration formalities, and we will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel.
  • ✅Check in at the hotel (check-in time 15:00 hrs). The evening is free for your own activities.
  • ✅Overnight at Ubud.
  • 🍽️Meals & Transfers Included
UBUD ARRIVAL :

Day 2: UBUD SIGHTSEEING :

  • ✅After breakfast proceed for a full-day city tour of Kintamani Entrance, Tegalalang Rice Terrace (Desa Swing Package 1 - 5 Swings + Nest), and Tegenungan Waterfall.
  • ✅After sightseeing, back to the hotel. Overnight at Ubud.
  • 🍽️Meals & Transfers Included
UBUD SIGHTSEEING :

Day 3: TRANSFER TO KUTA :

  • ✅After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and transfer to Kuta.
  • ✅Visit Handara Gate, Bedugul Temple, and Tanah Lot Temple. After sightseeing, check in at the hotel.
  • ✅Overnight at Kuta.
  • 🍽️Meals & Transfers Included
TRANSFER TO KUTA :

Day 4: KUTA CITY-TOUR :

  • ✅After breakfast (Nusa Penida Island West Tour with Local Snack Lunch) - West Tour (Kelingking Beach, Broken Beach, Angel's Billabong, and Crystal Bay Beach). After sightseeing, check in at the hotel.
  • ✅Overnight at Kuta.
  • 🍽️Meals & Transfers Included
KUTA CITY-TOUR :

Day 5: WATER SPORTS + SIGHTSEEING IN KUTA :

  • ✅After breakfast, Water Sports (Basuka) Combo: Banana Boat + Jet Ski + Parasailing, Uluwatu Temple. After sightseeing, we were back at the hotel.
  • ✅Overnight at Kuta.

WATER SPORTS + SIGHTSEEING IN KUTA :

Day 6: DEPERTURE :

  • ✅After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drop off at Denpasar Airport.
  • ✅Get ready to get back with some of the most beautiful memories of your life.

Policies & Terms

NOTE :

  • Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 hrs and 1500 hrs in some hotels; early check-in is subjected to availability
  • From 14th February 2024 onwards it is mandatory to pay IDR 150.000 per person or equivalent USD 11 by guests as Bali government tax. https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id/#
  • If the luggage is delayed, then an additional USD 15 is charged for 1.5 hours of waiting. If a guest wishes to check in at the hotel and then come back again for luggage then USD 25 extra.
  • Drivers in Bali can speak manageable English with basic information for tours. If you need tour with detailed information, kindly go for licensed guide at additional cost USD 40 per day
  • All tours will be conducted as per the itinerary; any extra run will be charged extra.
  • In any full-day or half-day tour, you will be taken back to the hotel after the finish of the tour.
  • Any increase or decrease in the number of pax mentioned in the quote will attract a change in the quote offered.
  • Any services booked and confirmed cannot be amended during the tour.

PAYMENT POLICY :

  • 30 – 15 days before 30% advance payment for your trip booking confirmation.
  • 10 – 7 days before 70% payment before your journey date.

CANCELATION POLICY :

  • The token advance amount will be non-refundable.
  • If you decide to travel on your next trip, the advance payment for the cancelled package will be adjusted.
