1. Introduction

MyPackage offers a platform to discover, book, and manage holiday packages, tours, flights, hotels, and travel-related services. These Terms apply to all users of the Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

3. Description of Services

MyPackage acts as an intermediary between you and third-party travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We do not operate flights, hotels, or tours ourselves.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in the mentioned currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred.

• Advance payment will be 30% of the total package cost.
• The remaining amount must be paid 25–30 days before the departure date.

Child Policy:

• Complimentary for children up to 5 years.
• 50% of the per-person package cost for children between 5+ years to 10 years(includes food and vehicle seat; bed shared with parent).
• Full package cost applicable for children above 10+ years.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

In case the journey is cancelled by the passenger, the following cancellation charges will apply:

• 129 to 31 days before journey date: 50% of the principal package cost
• 30 to 15 days before journey date: 60% of the principal package cost
• 14 to 04 days before journey date: 80% of the principal package cost
• 3 days to date of departure (No Show): No refund is eligible

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 15 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

8. Special Offers

Special offers may be available from time to time. These offers may be subject to change without notice.

• All offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Offer terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
• The ₹5,000 discount coupon mentioned on our packages is valid for one-time use per user and is applicable only when a minimum of 20 people are travelling together.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to submit false information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on MyPackage, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MyPackage or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPackage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
