Payment Terms & Conditions

  • 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Balance payment must be made 15 days prior to arrival.
  • Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Any increase in government taxes, entrance fees, or supplier charges will be borne by the guest.
  • Cancellation and refund charges will be applicable as per the booking policy.
  • No refund will be provided for any unused services or no-shows.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you wish to cancel your booking before departure, you must notify MyPackage in writing via email.
  • No refund will be provided after the departure date.
  • Cancellation or changes to your travel arrangements will be subject to applicable cancellation charges.
  • Bookings can be changed or cancelled according to the cancellation policy of the hotel as well as MyPackage’s company norms.
  • All cancellations are considered only after written notification is received.
  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total package cost
  • 30–15 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost
