Here is the scheduled itinerary of our trip. You can find updates and changes here as we finalize the details.

Day 1: Arrive Noi Bai international airport.

  • ✅• After completing immigration formalities and clearing customs, you will be met by our representative outside the baggage claim area who will escort you to a private waiting vehicle for your transfer to your hotel in the city (35 km | Approx. 45 minutes)
  • ✅Our driver will be holding a welcome banner board to welcome the group.

Day 2: HA NOI – NINH BINH – BAI DINH - TRANG AN - MUA CAVE

  • ✅Breakfast at hotel
  • ✅We will transfer to Ninh Binh province (105 km | Approx. 02 hours 30 minutes) to visit trang an complex.
  • ✅Arrive Glimmering Bai Dinh pagoda complexes.
  • ✅Enjoy the lunch at our restaurant with the great local cuisines.
  • ✅Transfer back to hotel in Ha Noi overnight stay there.

Day 3: HA NOI – SAPA GLASS BRIDGE TOUR

  • ✅Pick up from Bus Station get on sleeping bus and depart for Sapa Town
  • ✅Arrive Sapa Town with colourful traditional costumes of H’Mong, dzao, Tay ethnic People.
  • ✅Enjoy the lunch with local Vietnamese dishes.
  • ✅Come back to Sapa town. And overnight in hotel with night activities.

Day 4: SAPA FANSIFAN TOUR

  • ✅After breakfast in hotel, driver & tour guide take you to Cable Car Station and spend 20 minutes with cable car to enjoy the spectacular scenery
  • ✅Reach the peak of 2800 meters, you have a good time to see the view and take photos, visit pagoda the spiritual,destinations and trek up to 600 steps you will reach the peak of Fansipan - the Roof of Indochina.
  • ✅Meet all group members at hotel to get ready for Hanoi.
  • ✅Get on bus to go back to Hanoi with two comfort breaks.
  • ✅Arrival your hotel.

Day 5: HA NOI – HA LONG BAY – A NIGHT ON CRUISE

  • ✅Breakfast at hotel.
  • ✅We depart for Ha Long city to visit Ha Long Bay, a World Natural Heritage site.
  • ✅Enjoy welcome drinks and cruise briefing
  • ✅Enjoy lunch while cruising to the magnificent Ha Long Bay. Passing the Fighting cocks Islet, the Elephant leg Islet, the Castle Islet, the Soi Sim Island.
  • ✅Luon Cave excursion on bamboo rowing boats or kayaks.
  • ✅Savour a delicious set dinner in dining room.
  • ✅Night-time squid fishing.

Day 6: DEPARTURE DAY

  • ✅Check-out on board and disembarkation at boat port.
  • ✅Our tour guide and driver will pick you up and transfer to your hotel in Hanoi.

Payment Terms:

  • ADVANCE PAYMENT WILL BE 30% OF TOTAL PACKAGE COST.
  • REMAINING AMOUNT HAVE TO PAY BETWEEN 25-30 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE DATE.

CHILD POLICY :

  • Complementory upto 5 years.
  • 50% of the per person package cost for the children 5+ years upto 10 years [Food with vehicle seat provide bed share with parent]
  • Full Package cost applicable for children above 10+ years

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • • IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF JOURNEY CANCELLED BY THE PASSENGER, HE OR SHE IS LIABLE TO PAY CANCELLATION
  • CHARGES AS FOLLOWS :
  • 129 Days – 31 Days before Journey Date 50% on Principal Package
  • 30 Days – 15 Days before Journey Date 60% on Principal Package
  • 14 Days – 04 Days before Journey Date 80% on Principal Package
