Day 3: Osaka Day 3: Kyoto Day Tour and bullet train experience

Lavish meals at Indian restaurant: Dinner – 6, Lunch – 5. Jain food available on request. Due to time constraint, some meals may have to be packed.

Sightseeing tickets: Kinkakuji Temple, Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, Todaiji Temple, Nagoya Flower Garden (illumination only on dates between 17Oct to 31May) , Umeda Sky Tower, Tokyo Teams Lab Planet, Hakone Ropeway, Lake Ashi Cruise, Bullet Train tickets: between Osaka and Kyoto (return – standard class)

Airport transfers at fixed time: KIX airport (in Osaka) pick-up at 3pm and 7pm, Haneda airport (Out Tokyo) drop at 7am. Any airport transfers other than above timing will be chargeable at Rs8500 per (up to 4 guest).

Optional tour 2 (on Day 1) INR 30000 pp—Guided Hiroshima Day Tour including a) Osaka to Hiroshima return bullet train tickets (standard class), b) 1N extra stay at Osaka, c) sightseeing of Atomic Bomb Dome, Peace Memorial Park & Museum, Itsukushima Shrine, and ferry tickets to Miyajima Island, and d) 1 extra lunch and dinner. The guest will have to arrive 1 day prior to the tour start date. (minimum 4 Pax). Personal expenses (e.g., porterage, laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not included in the regular menu, minibar, telephone calls)

INR 50,000/- PP after Visa
30 days prior to departure: Balance 100%
Any delay in payment will incur 2% interest after the due date.

Cancellation Policy:

Booking amount is non-refundable
Flight booking amount (if booked with us) will be refunded as per flight cancellation policy.
100% of package cost 25 days prior to trip departure
50% of package cost 25 to 45 days prior to trip departure
Booking amount 45 days prior to trip departure
In case of visa rejection, the entire booking amount will be refunded (except any visa-related charges such as embassy/VFS fees/logistics charges).
