Day 1: TRAIN JOURNEY BEGINS(Kolkata ➜ Onboard Train to Kerala)

Day 2: GATEWAY TO GOD’S OWN COUNTRY (Arrive Kochi)

  • ✅Reach Cochin at noon. After having lunch visit local sightseeing.
  • ✅In the evening, enjoy a stroll at Fort Kochi Beach, view the iconic Chinese fishing nets, and relax at Marine Drive. Conclude your day with some shopping at Lulu Mall.
  • ✅Overnight stay in cochin

Day 3: INTO THE MISTY TEA MOUNTAINS (Kochi ➜ Munnar)

  • ✅After having a delightful breakfast, we proceed to Munnar.
  • ✅En route, visit the beautiful Cheeyappara waterfalls.
  • ✅Upon arrival in Munnar, check in to your hotel.
  • ✅The rest of the day is at leisure; you can explore the serene surroundings.
  • ✅Overnight stay in Munnar.

INTO THE MISTY TEA MOUNTAINS (Kochi ➜ Munnar)

Day 4: TEA, TRAILS AND TRANQUILITY (Munnar Sightseeing)

  • ✅Wake up to a beautiful morning, have breakfast, and get ready for a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar.
  • ✅Start with a visit to Echo Point, followed by Kundala Lake and Kundala Dam. Explore the picturesque Mattupetty Lake and Dam, and enjoy a boat ride. Visit the lush Munnar tea gardens, the tea museum & tea factory. Optionally, enjoy an elephant ride. Continue to the rose (blossom) garden, Pothamedu viewpoint, Hydel Park, and various photo shooting points. Shop for tea powder as souvenirs. Visit the Eravikulam National Park (entry tickets at your own cost) to spot the exotic Nilgiri tahr and other wildlife.

Day 5: SPICE TRAILS AND FOREST TALES (Munnar ➜ Thekkady)

  • ✅After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady, located near the Kerala-Tamil Nadu border.
  • ✅Check in to your hotel/resort upon arrival and relax for a while. Later, visit the Periyar National Park, a protected reserve forest home to diverse flora and fauna, including elephants, sambar, tigers, gaur, lion-tailed macaques, and Nilgiri langurs.
  • ✅Enjoy a boat ride on Periyar Lake, one of the largest artificial lakes in India. After the boat ride, explore local spice plantations, go shopping, and optionally attend a kathakali or kalarippayattu show (if time permits, at your own cost).
  • ✅Overnight stay at the hotel/resort in Thekkady.

Day 6: BACKWATERS AND GOLDEN SUNSETS (Thekkady ➜ Alleppey Houseboat)

  • ✅After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey, often referred to as the ‘Venice of the East’ due to its vast network of lakes, lagoons, and rivers.
  • ✅Check in to your hotel upon arrival. Explore the scenic beauty of Alappuzha, famous for its backwaters, boat races, beaches, marine products, and coir industry. Visit vembanad lake, mannarasala sree nagaraja temple, the coir weaving industry, and alleppey beach.
  • ✅In the evening, you can opt for an ayurvedic massage and spa (at your own cost).
  • ✅Overnight stay at the Alleppey hotel

Day 7: BEACHES, BREEZE AND BLUE HORIZONS (Alleppey ➜ Kovalam)

  • ✅After breakfast, proceed to Kovalam, reach & check in to the hotel.
  • ✅The rest of the day is at leisure; you can explore the beach & serene surroundings.
  • ✅Dinner & overnight stay at Kovalam.

Day 8: OCEAN & ISLAND BLISS (Full Day in Kovalam)

  • ✅Wake up to a beautiful morning, have breakfast, and proceed to Trivandrum.
  • ✅We went for a full-day local sightseeing tour of Trivandrum; we visited Padmanabhaswamy Temple, the museum, and Trivandrum Zoo.
  • ✅Then back to Kovalam. In the evening, visit Kovalam Beach.
  • ✅Overnight stay at Kovalam.
  • 🍽️Meals & Transfers Included
OCEAN & ISLAND BLISS (Full Day in Kovalam)

Day 9: BEACHSIDE FAREWELL (Kovalam ➜ Train to Kolkata)

  • ✅After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Trivandrum.
  • ✅Arrive at Trivandrum Railway Station in the afternoon.
